Tuesday Hills with Tina

The schedule called for Hills today and I was very happy to have my run buddy, Tina along for the slog.

Honestly neither of us were really feeling the hills, but we got 4 hills done and called it a day.   And, as always, it is great to have someone to talk races and race strategy with while getting the workout in.

Oh -  it was an absolutely GORGEOUS day!  15C with a lovely breeze to keep us from overheating.  Hard to believe that just last week a foot deep drift lined most f the route.  Today it was as though spring was well and truly here!

We even went sleeveless (photo courtesy of Tina)

and here's what Nike had to say about the whole affair

Best of all - Tina gave me a bunch of exciting thinking points for my race calendar past my last registered race of this year on June 29.  I have some thinking and researching to do...and I hope I gave her a big thinking point too ;)

As for the map drawing...today I think if you rotated it 90 degrees counter-clockwise - it kind of looks like a moose with elephantitis...
