Mojo Jar Monday - Time to Hit the Playground!

Hey everyone, and welcome to another Mojo Jar Monday!  And happy October, too!


This week was my turn to draw again, so I visited the mojo jar and drew this gem of Nikki's from the mix.


Multitask!  Combine strength training and running by running to a playground and then creating an on-the-spot strength workout at the park. You can do stairs, pull-ups, monkey bars etc. Be sure to document some of your moves with photos and then run home.

Nikki said she's kinda been dreading this one, but to be honest - I almost have been looking forward to this one!  I think it will be a fun way to break up my back to back long runs next weekend!
