Mojo Jar Monday - Simply Snackalicious

Last week's challenge had us doing Fartleks...and it was too icy here to even attempt outdoor speedwork so I am going to defer it to this week since things are supposed to get pretty melty here in the next couple of days.

And, this week's Mojo Jar Monday is an easy it's not like I'll be trying to do 2 difficult challenges.

Yum yum yum!  Find a recipe for a new healthy but yummy recovery snack and make it for after your next run.  Post the recipe for the rest of us to try.

Ok - for me, this one won't be so easy, since I am definitely not a chef.  I'm not even sure I rate as a mediocre cook.   So I will do my best to find something simple and yum to share with you all.
