Mojo Jar Monday - Motivation Takes Flights

Nikki's turn to draw again...and this one is officially my least favourite of all of the ones I wrote...too late now.

Find a large set of stairs (indoor or out - at least 4 flights) and run up and down them 8 times
Ok - now I need to find a flight of outdoor stairs.  I know there is one at the c-train station by my work, but I don't think it is more than a couple of flights.  

Are you still playing along?  How did you do last week on the playground?  Did you catch my Triceratops Tricep Dips?


  1. Cool idea. I guess I must have pulled out the "Eat more than 1 bowl of cookies-n-cream ice cream" slip tonight! :)


  2. There is always the set of stairs across Memorial Drive (straight across from Princess Island Park) that definitely has more than four flights :) Not sure if you work around there though.

    1. Nope - I work down by Macleod and Southland...there is a small set of stairs at southland station so I may do them double the amount of times to make it up. Not today, though. Methinks this will be thursdays workout. :)

    1. me too - that was why I put it in there...of course - I wasn't really thinking when I wrote the reps...

      and now I'm super sick and sore so I think I may be taking a free pass on this one...
