I have a confession to make....I was too sick to do the mojo jar challenge last week so I didn't.
I was feeling really bad about it but then I talked to Nikki and we decided we definitely need a free Pass for when life has other plans for us...we just don't get unlimited uses. Two free passes...
So here's mine for last week:

Pick up the pace (or sprint) the last 100m of
each km during a short run.
Totally do-able, right? Ok. I'm on it.
