Mojo Jar Monday - Let's Get Repetitive

This week it was Nikki's turn to draw again...and as much as I am nervous about how crazy I will look completing it - I am kind of glad it came out early...

4x400m repeats with 400m recovery between each.

So, there we have it.  Let's get repetitive, guys.  Maybe we'll all end up just a little bit faster!

  1. I've been doing 400m repeats for my half training plan and I agree, you do feel a little silly running them, but I know it's for the best! I have found the flattest pathway in my neighbourhood and literally just run back and forth for my repeats! :) But, I tend to stand in one spot for recovery, not run in between :)

    1. I'm doing mine's hoping none of my team is watching from their offices :P
