Human Puddle

4.5k done in 28*C

I think I lost 22lbs on this run by sweating it off.

But at least I got home and wasn't forever relegated to being a puddle on the opposite side of Langdon.

Walked.  A lot.

    1. Me too. 8 degrees gone would be wonderful. I need to run again tonight so you won't be the only one out there suffering. Maybe a thunderstorm will come in and cool things off for us first!

    1. I hate the heat on the best of days. Last night, I tricked myself into believing it would be better because there was a little breeze...until houses blocked the open spaces to the east....

  4. When I ran in Florida outside, I was amazed at how much the heat slowed me down. Way to get the heck out there and get it!

    1. :) I happily walked about a quarter of this when the breeze vanished. I was so not made to run in the heat. Give me -22*C anyday over this. At least you can dress for that. People frown on someone like me stripping down for a run in the summer... :P
