Kick-Ass April: How Tos

Well, today is day 2 of Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans Kick Ass April.  I have a confession to make...we had family visiting yesterday and 2 sick babies so I ended up missing day 1...but I will make it up today with 2 separate sessions...

  2. Awesome blossom! Good luck! I couldn't believe how long that 15s wall sit felt...and I'm not sure I'll ever be able to do a full speed burpee LOL.
