This was a run fraught with interruptions and mishaps.
First - it all started off so well...I was running. It felt good. I think I even somehow let my hips remember the location they need to be to lift all pressure off my knees...I was ready to rock this run.
I'd love to be able to say I ran straight through, but I did need to take a short walk break at 2K and then at 3k - I somehow pulled the key out and had to restart the time and distance on the display (d'oh) Then, I had to quickly hop off to grab an extra fan because I was in serious danger of shorting the machine when I turned into a puddle.
Still - I got 6k done. I'm sure the next time I'll be better prepared.
