Week 4 was super fun, as a happy SWAG parcel arrived, I broke in my new treadmill, researched the heck out of treadmill running to troubleshoot my issues, tested those tips, had a reality check about my weight loss (psst - not gonna do the cleanse), and gave my Karhus a real outside test (and rolled my ankle - though that's unrelated).
Today, I got in that last 3k steady...but it was later in the day since I spent most of the day battling a headache. As soon as it cleared out, I hit the treadmill...no foot pain after talking about ways to keep my feet relaxed with JS yesterday!
So here's what the week looked like:
Monday - Off
Tuesday - 5k on the treadmill
Wednesday - 3k on the treadmill
Thursday - 4k on the treadmill
Friday - Off
Saturday - 12k long run at Eau Claire
Sunday - 3K on the treadmill
Woot! 5 runs this week! Followed the schedule to a tee!
JS and I are in full-on planning for our Vancouver weekend! It is so fun to figure out what we'll see, do an eat while we're there! Girls weekend!!! I'm also thinking of setting up a pastalicious dinner for the night before with my friends (in person and online) who are running Van.
