Putting Tips to the Test

I think I'm getting the hang of this treadmill business. A cooldown walk was incredibly boring but seemed to help with the dizziness situation...

Keeping some of the other tips I researched about form in mind, I managed to do the entire 3k in the Karhus with minimal discomfort.  1% incline helped with the fatigue in my legs.  And I got to watch another episode of Gossip Girl so I'm all happy (can't do that running around the neighbourhood in the dark ;) )

Still going a bit slow, but I think I'll be able to speed it up within the week.   I finished off the run with a lovely stretch and some ab work.

What a great short workout!
