- Bike 40 mins
- Treat myself to a pair of trail running shoes for winter
- Eat better - no junk food
- drink a ton of water to hydrate for Saturday's run
I don't know if setting these daily goals is helping me stay on track or not, but I intend to keep doing it through December to always keep myself reminded that the holidays don't need to derail me. I doubt I will reach my goal weight by the end of the month, but I don't intend to be "starting over" come January 1.
