Today's Goals - Dec 6

Today I will:

  • Keep it simple
  • 40 mins bike
  • Eat better
Yesterday, I ran at lunch with a running buddy from work.  Apparently she is MUCH faster than I am because by the time we were out of downtown and my garmin finally kicked in (telling me we were going a 5 min/km pace!) I was dead.   But I did it.  Instead of the 4K I thought we'd run - we did 6.2K!

My eating was pretty good all day, though I did get into the chocolate after work.   I still came out under my calorie allowance for the day.

My intention to get on the bike and do crunches and push ups in the evening kind of went all to hell.  I was just too tired.  So today I intend to keep it simple and accomplishable so I will be able to do it.
