Today's Goals - Dec 2

Today I will:
  • Bike: 40 mins
  • Pushups: 2 mins (and try some on my toes)
  • Food: Keep to my calorie allowance
Yesterday was a royal bust for the ol' goals.  I think I read maybe 10 mins.   The snow plows came through and piled thisk, frozen chunks of snow across the end of our driveway so I had to shovel it out.  That kind of drift is no big deal for our Forester, but my MILs Corolla would have definite issues.   Since hubby has to be our lawn mower in the summer (I'm allergic) snow shovelling falls to me.  Of course, working off the frustrations of my day meant I threw myself into it a bit too hard and my lower back started to slightly spasm meaning no bike time and definitely no pushups.   I feel better today, though, so I should be good to go again.  

I did, however, manage to stick to my calorie allowance - even with adding in some chocolates after dinner.  Yay for small victories.  I should also mention that all week, I've been very good about only having one cup of coffee a day.  In fact, so far today, I only drank half of my cup so I might be able to wean myself off in a couple of weeks, sparing me quite a few extra calories along the way.
