- Try to run - weather and time permitting.
- Eat well despite not being home...appointments and running errands all day
- If I can't run, I will bike
Ok - yesterday, I lied. I didn't eat well AND I didn't get on the bike to do something about it...so it's my own damn fault. But I did weigh in and I was a pound down from last week so hopefully I didn't put it back on eating badly at lunch.
I did spend time with my girlies, though. So the day wasn't a total loss. This week I will strive to do better...
