Well, it's the last week before my next half marathon. On Sunday, I will be running the Stampede Road Race Half Marathon! I can't belive how quickly it's gotten here.
With the last week before a half, I spend the time drinking my weight in water to make sure I'm super hydrated. I have issues with dehydration cramping and i don't want to deal with them this weekend :) So my trusty Contigo Water Bottle is by my side and is being filled up every hour. I'm sure the people who sit near the washroom in my office are thinking something is wrong with me. Again.
In other news - I pick up one of my new pairs of running shoes today! YAY!!! Stay tuned for pics this evening! :)
Edited to add: oh crap. I just realized that from here on out, I am running at least a half every weekend for the foreseeable future. Guess I'd better get used to the sensation of floating eyeballs :(
