The training schedule was calling for a 5K run. My body was calling for a much-needed day of rest. I compromised so I could get in my 30 mins of activity for the 100 Days challenge. I put in 10 mins on the bike to warm up and then did 20 mins of bastardized yoga (that's what I call my Project: You Yoga DVD) to stretch out the kinks.
I figure I'm ahead on building mileage right now anyway. I just couldn't do it today.
